We’re seeking a reliable Administrative Assistant to support the pastor and church leadership at a local ministry. This role is essential to keeping daily office operations running smoothly and professionally.

Position Overview

  • Provide administrative support to the pastor and leadership team
  • Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and church communications
  • Greet visitors, answer phones, and maintain a welcoming office environment
  • Prepare weekly bulletins and assist with recordkeeping
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and office functions
  • Maintain confidentiality and support ministry communication needs

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • At least 1 year of office experience
  • Strong communication & organizational skills
  • Professional, courteous, and detail‑oriented
  • Proficiency with office software and digital communication tools

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

Starting Pay: $23/hr
