Privacy Notice
Holden Temporaries, Inc.
Effective Date: July 24, 2026
This Privacy Notice describes how Holden Temporaries, Inc. (“Holden Temporaries,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information through our website, holdentemporaries.net (the “Site”). It applies to visitors, job seekers, employees, and employer clients who interact with the Site. It does not apply to information collected offline or through other channels not described here.
1. Information We Collect
A. Information You Provide Directly on Our Site
We collect information you choose to submit through forms on the Site, including:
- Contact Form: name, phone number, email address, office location you select, and any comments or message you enter.
- 1095-C Tax Form Request Form: name, mailing address, email address, date of birth, the last four digits of your Social Security number, and phone number. We use this information solely to verify your identity and to mail or email you a copy of your Form 1095-C health coverage statement, as permitted under current IRS guidance.
- Referral Bonus Program: if you submit a referral online, we collect your contact information along with the name and contact information of the person you are referring. If you are referred by someone else, we may collect and use your information for the limited purpose of considering you for employment, even though you did not submit the form yourself.
We do not require visitors to create an account or log in to the Site for any reason.
B. Information Collected Through Our Third-Party Career and Employee Portal
Our Employment Application, Job Board, and Self Service Portal links direct you to a separate, third-party staffing software platform that we license (currently hosted at tempserv.gfsw.com), rather than a page on this Site. When you submit a job application, browse job postings, or access self-service employee functions (such as pay stubs or timesheets) through that portal, your information is collected and processed by that third-party platform, which may include your Social Security number, employment history, tax withholding elections, direct deposit information, and other sensitive data needed for placement, payroll, and tax reporting.
That portal operates under its own privacy and security practices, which we do not directly control. We encourage you to review any privacy notice presented within the portal itself before submitting information. Holden Temporaries receives and uses information from the portal as needed to evaluate candidates, place employees, run payroll, and administer benefits.
C. Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, we use analytics tools, including Google Analytics, delivered through Google’s Site Kit plugin, to understand how visitors use the Site.
Cookie consent: The Site uses a cookie consent tool that blocks Google Analytics and other non-essential cookies from loading until you affirmatively accept them through the cookie banner presented on your first visit. If you decline, dismiss, or do not respond to the banner, these tools will not run and no analytics data is collected about your visit. Only cookies that are strictly necessary for the Site to function may be set without your consent.
If you accept cookies, the following may be automatically collected:
- IP address and approximate location
- Browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages viewed, links clicked, and time spent on the Site
- Referring website or search terms that led you to the Site
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies
You can change or withdraw your cookie consent at any time. See Section 7 (“Your Choices and Rights”) below. You can further opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above to:

3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Prospective employer clients, for the purpose of evaluating you for a specific job placement
- Background check, drug screening, and pre-employment testing vendors, where applicable
- Payroll, tax, and benefits administration providers

- Government agencies or regulators, where required by law
- Professional advisors, such as accountants or attorneys, or a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
4. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Notice, including to satisfy tax, legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, such as IRS recordkeeping requirements applicable to Form 1095-C. Information submitted through our third-party career portal is retained according to that platform’s own retention practices.
5. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect, including limiting form fields to the minimum information needed, such as collecting only the last four digits of a Social Security number rather than the full number, and transmitting form submissions over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old or otherwise eligible to work. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Your Choices and Rights
A. Cookie Preferences
When you first visit the Site, a cookie banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies, including Google Analytics. You can review or change your choice at any time using the cookie preferences link available on the Site, typically in the footer, or by clearing your browser’s cookies for this Site, which will prompt the banner again on your next visit.
B. Access, Correction, and Deletion
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To make a request, or if you have questions about information you submitted through our third-party career portal, contact us using the information below. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
8. Third-Party Links
The Site links to third-party sites and services we do not control, including our career/employee portal, our Facebook page, and job-related resources. This Notice does not apply to those third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy practices separately.

We may update this Notice from time to time. The “Effective Date” above reflects the date of the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
