Holden Temporaries is seeking an experienced Loan Processor/Closer to support the end‑to‑end processing, closing, funding, boarding, and servicing of commercial loans and home equity lines of credit.
This role ensures accuracy, completeness, and compliance throughout the post‑approval lifecycle—including new loans, renewals, modifications, and payoffs.
You will collaborate closely with Relationship Managers, Credit Administration, Loan Operations, and customers to ensure timely, compliant transactions. Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability are essential!

Qualifications – Education & Experience
✔ Associate’s or bachelor’s in business, Finance, or related field preferred
✔ 5–7 years’ experience in commercial loan closing or loan operations
✔ Experience with Finastra/Phoenix or Jack Henry/Silverlake preferred
✔ Community bank or small financial in
stitution experience preferred
Knowledge & Skills
✔ Strong understanding of commercial loan structures (C&I, CRE, construction, LOCs)
✔ Awareness of regulatory & compliance requirements in commercial lending
✔ Excellent attention to detail; strong organizational and multitasking skills
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
✔ Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
✔ Familiarity with UCC filings, lien perfection, real estate recordings, title/insurance review
