We are currently seeking a General Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. This position performs all maintenance duties such as repair and maintenance of machinery, troubleshooting equipment, building maintenance, and preventative maintenance of equipment. Must be able to take initiative to get things done not wait for direction for Supervisors.

Responsibilities:

• Preventative maintenance of Molding and Lining machines as assigned.
• Trouble shooting mechanical issues with equipment.
• Maintenace of auxiliary equipment, water pumps, sand filters, Conair material systems, vacuum pumps, plant lighting, hydraulic cylinder reports hydraulic valve repairs
•  Maintenance of equipment such as Conveyors. forklifts, material elevators, and personal lifts
• Complete all work orders and document work.
• Follow all safety procedures while performing tasks.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

​Qualifications:

• Must have basic mechanical and hydraulic aptitude
• Familiarity with maintenance tools, power hand tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to obtain forklift license
• High school diploma or equivalent
