Holden Temporaries Tarboro is hiring an Apartment maintenance Tech.
As an apartment Maintenance tech you will be responsible for the following:
- Installing and repairing appliances
- Cleaning after residents move out to prepare them for new occupants
- Painting when necessary
- Responding to emergencies such as floods or broken windows
- Installing necessary things like toilets, sinks, faucets and other systems in individual apartments.
- Cleaning common areas and apartment grounds
- Performing maintenance and repairs or electrical equipment, interior and exterior fixtures and other necessities that residents have in an apartment.
Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean background.
$15.00 per hour
This is a temp to hire position. Once hired on permanent there is an excellent benefit package.
