Holden Temporaries Tarboro is looking an experienced Administrative Assistant.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Handling office tasks: such as filing, generating reports, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
  • Providing scheduling support: by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
  • Screening phone calls: and routing callers to the appropriate party.
  • Using computers: to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.

Requirements:

  • Must have no less than 1 year experience in an office setting.
  • No less than 1 year Customer Service.
  • Clean Background
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
