Key Duties:

  • Schedule appointments & manage calls
  • Assist with reports, spreadsheets & presentations
  • Organize files & route correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and vendor calls
  • Prepare shipments, emails, and faxes
  • Order supplies & maintain office equipment
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree or 2+ years of related experience
  • Strong customer service & communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Familiar with office equipment
  • Able to lift/move up to 10 lbs
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
