Holden Temporaries Rocky Mount is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor

Are you hands-on, reliable, and ready to lead? We’re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who takes pride in keeping properties in top shape and ensuring residents feel right at home.

What You’ll Do:
• Maintain property and ensure resident comfort
• Perform and supervise repairs (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
• Oversee vendors/contractors for major repairs
• Handle apartment make-readies
• Maintain cleanliness of buildings and grounds
• Landscaping and curb appeal upkeep
• Respond to after-hours emergencies when on-call

Qualifications:
✔ Experience in facilities maintenance (residential preferred)
✔ Knowledge of building systems and repairs
✔ Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
✔ Essential tools
✔ Willingness to be on-call
✔ HVAC certified or willing to train (we’ll cover the cost!)
