Holden Temporaries-Goldsboro is seeking a highly motivated and people-oriented professional to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard candidates
  • Assist with payroll and general office tasks
  • Attend job fairs and community outreach events
  • Support employee retention through training, evaluations, and attendance counseling
  • Resolve workplace issues professionally and efficiently
  • Communicate with client management and HR teams
  • Perform clerical duties including answering phones, customer service, and data entry

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service, human resources, or staffing preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license
  • Self-motivated and people-oriented

Hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Pay is $13.00 per hour plus commission
