Holden Temporaries Roanoke Rapids is looking for an Employee Specialist
An Employee Specialist is a professional who is responsible for maintaining positive relationships between employers and employees. They provide service to employees, participate in recruitment and dismissal processes, and perform employee on boarding. They also handle and resolve workforce conflicts, disputes or complaints. They handle employee records and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Vacation, Paid Holidays, Sick and Personal PTO available upon eligibility
Job Duties are as follows but not limited to:
- Office equipment operation
- Great Communication Skills
- Proficient Computer/data entry Skills
- Strong Verbal skills
- Ability to collaborate with employers and candidates
- Strong organizational skills
- Interviewing candidates
- Answer phones
- Basic math skills
- Dependable
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work unsupervised at times
Qualifications:
- Ability to pass drug screen and background check
- High School Diploma/ GED
- Valid Driver License
- Reliable Transportation
