Office Assistant
Holden Temporaries is looking an experienced Office assistant/Payroll Clerk
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining a clean office space
- Answering phone calls
- Organizing files
- Processing payroll data and timesheets.
- Verifying work hours and payment through the payroll system.
- Issuing deductions, earnings, and other statements to employees.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Excel and other office systems
- Pleasant demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to answer multi line phone system
- Experience in payroll and processing accounts receivable a plus.
Starting at $20 per hour.
