Office Assistant

Holden Temporaries is looking an experienced Office assistant/Payroll Clerk

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining a clean office space
  • Answering phone calls
  • Organizing files
  • Processing payroll data and timesheets.
  • Verifying work hours and payment through the payroll system.
  • Issuing deductions, earnings, and other statements to employees.

Requirements:

  •  Proficient in Excel and other office systems
  • Pleasant demeanor and appearance.
  • Ability to answer multi line phone system
  • Experience in payroll and processing accounts receivable a plus. 

Starting at $20 per hour.
