Holden Temporaries, Inc. Jacksonville is looking for a Facility Maintenance Technician
- Perform general and semi-skilled repairs and maintenance on building systems and grounds to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and functionality.
- Conduct routine inspections, identify issues, and implement necessary repairs.
- Respond to emergencies such as equipment failures or alarms.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarms, and security systems.
- Perform tasks such as carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and landscaping.
- Conduct regular checks of facilities and equipment to prevent issues before they become major problems.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and the ability to operate various hand and power tools.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Safety: Adherence to safety policies and OSHA/EPA requirements.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills to interact with colleagues, supervisors, and vendors.
Monday- Friday 6:30am-3pm with some weekend possibilities
Starting Pay $32 hourly
