Holden Temporaries is looking for motivated Outside Sales Representatives to join our Rocky Mount team!

This exciting role blends outside sales with in‑office responsibilities such as recruiting, interviewing, payroll, and client relations. If you’re a people‑person who thrives in sales and staffing, we want to connect with you!

Job Highlights:

  • Build and maintain strategic client relationships
  • Recruit, interview, and retain quality candidates
  • Attend job fairs & community events
  • Perform payroll and clerical tasks
  • Cold calling & on‑site client visits
  • Collaborate with office management and staff

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $14/hr + commission

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and up‑to‑date registration
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Outside sales experience preferred
  • Customer Service experience is a must
