Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily molding operations across 3 shifts
• Schedule personnel and manage production goals
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards
• Lead training, coaching, and team development
• Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction
• Maintain equipment and support preventive maintenance

Minimum Requirements:

• 10+ years of injection molding experience
• 5+ years of management experience in manufacturing
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
• Mechanically inclined and ERP system proficient
