Holden Temporaries, Inc. – Greenville is looking for a Building Maintenance Technician

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Cleaning, maintaining, and repairing building fixtures and equipment, including locks, windows, doors, screens, blinds, drains, and shelving. Will also include things such as replacing light bulbs and fuses; making simple furniture, cabinet, and linoleum repairs; painting and other general handyman tasks.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Previous work experience in building maintenance is required.
• You must be able to pass all screening including criminal background and a drug screen.
• This position will require you to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Starting pay $15.00/hour
