Holden Temporaries, Inc.-Goldsboro is looking an experienced Accounting Clerk/Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry and maintain accounting records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and UltiPro.
  • Process accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
  • Assist with corporate accounting tasks, such as preparing financial reports and reconciling accounts.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in payroll processing
  • Support the accounting team with various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role.
  • Proficiency in using and at least 2 year’s experience accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and UltiPro.
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail..
  • Knowledge of corporate accounting principles and procedures.
  • Familiarity with payroll processing, bank reconcillation, journal entry and similar tasks .
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field is preferred.
  • Must be bilingual.
