Holden Temporaries, Inc.-Goldsboro is looking an experienced Accounting Clerk/Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain accounting records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and UltiPro.
- Process accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
- Assist with corporate accounting tasks, such as preparing financial reports and reconciling accounts.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in payroll processing
- Support the accounting team with various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role.
- Proficiency in using and at least 2 year’s experience accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and UltiPro.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail..
- Knowledge of corporate accounting principles and procedures.
- Familiarity with payroll processing, bank reconcillation, journal entry and similar tasks .
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field is preferred.
- Must be bilingual.
