Customer Service Representative

Must have good, upbeat, friendly phone voice. Will be talking to customers, vendors on the phone. Basic knowledge of computers will be working on an internet-based system.

Intake Document Specialist/Customer Service Role

A driven Customer Service Representative/Intake Document Specialist able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask.

Will work with doctors, clients, venders and patients. Must be able to learn a lot of different roles/jobs with a staggered training plan. Computer software skills are a must.  Medical knowledge is preferred.
