Holden Temporaries is looking for a Facilities Technician

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general construction
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Familiarity with building materials, appliances, and safety codes
• No degree required – just solid skills and work ethic!

Responsibilities include:
• Electrical routing and repair (low/high voltage)
• Plumbing and HVAC maintenance
• Facility upgrades and damage repair
• Space planning and budget coordination
• Compliance with health, safety, and environmental codes
• Use of tools, gauges, electronics, and documentation software

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
