Key Duties:
- Schedule appointments & manage calls
- Assist with reports, spreadsheets & presentations
- Organize files & route correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and vendor calls
- Prepare shipments, emails, and faxes
- Order supplies & maintain office equipment
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree or 2+ years of related experience
- Strong customer service & communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiar with office equipment
- Able to lift/move up to 10 lbs
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
