Holden Temporaries, Inc – Tarboro, NC is looking a Maintenance worker
Must be able to work independently and provide maintenance to apartments when work orders are provided.
- Replace P-Trap Assembly
- Replace tub drain Trip plate and tub diverter
- Replace faucet washers
- Replace toilet seal/toilet tank fittings
- Replace electrical devices
- Replace breakers
- Troubleshooting electric devices
- Replace water heaters/water heater elements
- Install blinds
- Caulking tubs, doors and windows
- Sheetrock repair and replace
- Door locks; re-key or replace
- Paint
Other duties as cleaning out apartments when tenants move out. Fix all that needs fixing.
*Must have a clean background and a driver’s license*
Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Pay rate – $15.00 an hour
