  • Grading- The purpose of a whole bird grader is to grade birds in accordance with established grading and quality standards to distinguish “A” grade whole birds, from downgrade birds, hang “A” grade birds on the “A” grade line and downgrade birds of the cut-up line and includes regular rotation to other positions as directed by management.
  • Whole bird cut-up wing grader- The purpose of a wing grader is to remove wings form a bin and grade according to standards set by company with a grading accuracy of 90% or better, and includes regular rotation to other positions as directed by management.
  • Whole bird cut-up leg grader- The purpose of a leg grader is to grade legs according to grading standards set by the company with a grading accuracy of 90% or better, and includes regular rotation to other positions as directed by management.
  • Whole bird cut-up breast grader- The purpose of a breast grader is to remove the breast from a bin and grade according to standards set by the company with a grading accuracy of 90% or better, and includes regular rotation to other positions as directed by management.
  • Packer- The purpose of a packer is to pack whole birds following company standards, and includes rotation to other positions as directed by management.
  • Over-wrap machine operator- To maintain and adjust the two over-wrap machines on over-wrap according to the requirements.
  • Cut-up leg line thigh grader- The purpose of a thigh grader is to grade thighs according to grading standards set by the company with a grading accuracy of 90% or better, and include regular rotation to other positions as directed by management.
  • Thigh debone- To use deboning and shinning machines to remove bones and skins, and to grade, trim, and pack debone thigh meat according to USDA and company standards.
  • Trimmer (deboning) – The purpose of a trimmer is to retrieve chicken breast from the conveyor at a specified rate and trim to remove all blisters, bruises, bloody or dangling fat, bones, and skin if any is present making the product “A” grade following established grading standards, and includes regular rotation to other positions as directed by management.

Hours are – Monday-Friday 3:30 pm – until.

Occasional Saturdays.

Pay rate $16.00 an hour.
