Housing Inspector

Holden Temporaries, Inc. – Greenville, NC is looking for a talented Housing Inspector

As a housing inspector, your job duties include examining the appliances, windows, electrical systems, and HVAC systems for repairs.
Must have basic carpentry skills and be to work well hand power tools.
A minimum of 1 year previous maintenance and/or construction experience is required.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
You must be able to pass all screening including criminal background, MVR, and a drug screen.
The position will require you to work Monday-Thursday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Starting pay: $12.00 per hour
